Can I book the whole property for a group?

Yes. All five Soul & Sea condos can be reserved together as a full-property buyout for family reunions, wedding weekends, and group retreats — up to roughly 20 guests around one shared courtyard. Full-property stays are arranged directly with our team rather than booked online.

How do I book a stay?

Individual condos are booked through Airbnb or Vrbo, linked from each condo's page. Group stays, celebrations, and full-property buyouts are arranged directly — send us an enquiry and our team will reply with availability and pricing.

Your Home By The Ocean

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, and fees may apply.

Q: Is parking available at the property?

Yes. Each condo includes one complimentary on-site parking space, with additional street parking available nearby.

Q: Is breakfast included with the stay?

Breakfast is not included, but every condo has a full kitchen with coffee, tea, and basic cooking essentials. Our digital guest guide also includes favorite nearby cafés and bakeries.

Q: Do the rooms have ocean views?

The condos do not have direct ocean views, but East Beach is approximately half a block away, and the property offers courtyard and Riviera views.

Q: Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Cancellation and change terms are set by the platform you booked through — Airbnb or Vrbo — and are shown before you confirm. For group or full-property stays arranged directly with us, we confirm the terms with you in writing.
